Holy See, Vatican, 28th of July 2015
Dear Sister Hatune Dogan,
I send You my regards, in the love of Jesus, the Saviour. I write You this letter to thank You for the two books, that You’ve sent me.
Most of all, I want to thank you for Your passionate service in the biblical mission, that You do for the children in the Middle East, where they suffer so much.
The news that come out of the Middle East, especially from Iraq and Syria, are very woeful: families are fleeing, they are torn apart, children get killed, women are raped and sold as sex slaves, prayer sites and churches are destroed, people are helpless and without refuge, others get killed and crucified mercilessly by the terrorists. An unscrupulous world stands idly by and lets it happen.
Such terrible things occur, if men surrenders to evil – man turns into a wolf towards his fellow men. But The Lord suffers with the suffering. He still operates in the many, that resist evil. From them, a light of hope emanates, that never deserts them. Those, who swim against the current are sure, that love is stronger than hate, and that a helping hand is stronger than the destructing hand.
Because of that, I want to reprise my thanks to You and all Your staff, that help to ease the pain of these families. I firmly include You into my prayers and send You the apostolic blessing.
May The Lord bless You in Your service, and may the Mother of God be Your safeguard.
Honoured Sister, please do not forget to include me into Your prayers.
