Joelle Perry reports about travelling with Sister Hatune across Germany: Giving a speech about Islam, attending a baptismal ceremony, interviewing a man whose mother survived the Armenian Genocide of 1915, picking up clothing donations from a shop for the refugees of her foundation, meeting the General Vicar of Münster. She does believe in action!

This year again, Sister Hatune wants to go to the Middle East to spend Christmas with the refugees. Hundreds of thousands of people in the war zones of Iraq and Syria, as well as in the surrounding countries, are still living in great misery. When she says celebrating Christmas, it is not about bringing toys and chocolate to the people. It’s not a symbolic gesture, it is about saving lives.
Some background of Sister Hatune´s and her Foundation´s endorsement of Donald Trump for the Presidency of the USA. His stance on issues relating to the persecution of Christians and other religious minorities, better immigration controls, radical Islam and the general situation in the Middle East are similar to the long-held position of our foundation. Now that he has been elected, we hope that he can change things for the better.
